The weather man never fails to give the most politically correct answers to all questions in life.
I drew this piece on a piece of A4 paper. Again, I find this style to be inconsistent. More improvement can be made.
This piece is basically showing how potentially vague complex "indeterministic" concepts can be. The weather man, like the financial analyst, can tell how the general outlook of a situation might be, but he may not know the exact time, severity and impact of the situation that was predicted.
